The Mod Garage Rewards Program

TERMS AND CONDITIONS**

Participants in The Mod Garage (TMG) Rewards Program are subject to these Program Terms and Conditions. The Program is open to all customers 18 years of age or older who reside in the United States.

ENROLLMENT AND PROGRAM DETAILS

• Eligible retail customers are automatically enrolled for the program when they create an account on www.themodgarage.com.
• Customer must be logged into their account at the time of purchase to receive rewards.
• Guest checkout will not be eligible for the rewards program.
• Only website purchases are eligible for obtaining TMG Reward Points.
• Points are applied to the account once the order has been approved and processed.
• Points are account exclusive and may not be combined with other accounts.
• For every $1 spent on goods, 2 points will be added to the customer’s account.
• The point exchange rate is 100 points to $1.
• Points expire after 365 calendar days.
• Violation of The Mod Garage’s Terms and Conditions will make all points and/or rewards membership void for that individual.
• The Mod Garage Rewards Program, or any other reward or benefit the program provides, does not constitute a rise to any legal or contractual rights by members against The Mod Garage.
• If a refund occurs, the points earned from the item(s) will be deducted from the member’s account.

** The Mod Garage reserves the right to modify, cancel or restrict any characteristic of The Mod Garage Rewards Program at any time without the need to give notice.
