If an order is placed and the item is out of stock, we will keep the order in our system and will ship as soon as the manufacturer replenishes their stock and ships to your location. If the item has not shipped and you need to change your shipping or modify the order at any time, please contact us for assistance.
Yes, you may have your order shipped to a different location than your billing address.
The Mod Garage strives to offer the most competitive pricing with Minimum Advertised Pricing guidelines (MAP). If you find a better price, please send us an email with a screenshot of the item and price mentioned, or a URL. Our Team will work our hardest to get you a better deal, or match the price at another company, and offering additional TMG (The Mod Garage) Points to your account.
If your order contains both an in stock and out of stock item(s), we will have the items shipped together. The Mod Garage maintains the right to ship the in-stock item(s) in an attempt to get your order to you quicker.
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at Sales@TheModGarage.com with your request. If your order has been processed and/or shipped, you may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee and shipping charges will be deducted from your original payment amount. If the order has not been processed or shipped, your order can be canceled for a full refund.
In order to return a product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required. Please email us at Support@TheModGarage.com with what item(s) you would like to return and why. Our team can determine if the RMA is the next appropriate step. Failure to accurately fill out the RMA form may result in delayed processing and/or the refusal of the returned item(s).
